How are projects priced?

Prices shown are starting points. After a short call I send a written proposal with a fixed price, scope, and timeline, so you know the full cost before any work begins.

Do you work with individuals or only organizations?

Both. Workshops, assessments, and platform builds are usually for organizations. The leadership cohort, research packages, and books are open to individuals.

Do you work online?

Yes. Most work happens online, and workshops and talks can also be delivered on-site by arrangement.

Who will I be working with?

Me, directly. LGERA is my practice, and I lead every engagement. For some Growth programs, I bring in a hand-picked expert partner, and I stay your point of contact throughout.
